- Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are marked as "Processing"
- During Processing: Cancellation requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please refer to our return policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to deliver to the shipping address
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Order cancelled by J'bel
- Defective or damaged products received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description

Refund Processing Time:

- Bank Account: 5-7 business days after initiation
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days after initiation
- UPI/Wallet: 3-5 business days after initiation
2.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. No cash refunds are available.
3. Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
